Yes. Bookings and Marketing are available standalone — no website plan required. Custom forms require a hosted site — they're included with every plan. Contact us and we'll get you set up with exactly what you need.
Because they're different products replacing different tools. The Appointments plan replaces a booking app. The Restaurant plan replaces a commission-taking ordering platform that charges 15–30% of every order. Pricing all four the same would mean either overcharging a barber or undercharging a restaurant. Each plan is priced against what it actually saves that kind of business.

Page speed data shows up right away; Search Console, Google Analytics, and traffic reporting require us to connect your accounts first, so those show as "being set up" until that's done. Everything you manage yourself — bookings, menu items, products, prices, photos, campaigns, and form submissions — is included and unlimited from your portal. Fixing bugs and updating your hours, phone, or address is free too. When you want us to write new content, build new pages, or change the design, that's billed at $75/hour, or you can add Content Care at $99/month for two hours a month with priority turnaround.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. If you decide we aren't the right fit, you can cancel and your site or feature will remain active through the end of the billing period.
Your content is yours. We manage the infrastructure — similar to how a landlord owns the building but your business is yours to take with you. We'll work with you if you ever need to migrate.
